WHAT WE BELIEVE

Our Foundation of Faith

The Bible – God’s Living Word

We believe the Bible is the inspired, infallible, and authoritative Word of God. Written by people led by the Holy Spirit, the 66 books of Scripture are our final guide for truth, conduct, and godly living.

The Bible gives life and must be understood through the Holy Spirit.

Key Scriptures:
2 Timothy 3:16–17, John 17:17, Romans 1:16–17, Matthew 4:4, Psalm 119:105, 2 Peter 1:20–21, John 6:63, 1 Corinthians 2:9–14, Hebrews 4:12

One True God – Father, Son & Holy Spirit

We believe in one God, eternally existing in three persons—Father, Son (Jesus Christ), and Holy Spirit—co-equal and co-eternal.

  • God the Father is Creator and sustainer of all.
  • Jesus Christ is God’s Son, born of a virgin, fully God and fully man. He lived a sinless life, died for our sins, rose again, and now reigns in heaven. He will return to establish His kingdom.
  • The Holy Spirit lives in every believer, empowering, guiding, and transforming us for holy living and service.

Key Scriptures:
Genesis 1:1–2, Isaiah 44:6–8, John 1:1–3,14, Colossians 1:15–16, 2:9, Hebrews 1:3, John 10:11, Matthew 1:18–25, Acts 2:1–4, Romans 8:5–17, Galatians 5:22–25, Ephesians 6:10–18

Humanity – Made in God’s Image

We believe all people were created by God in His image—spirit, soul, and body—for relationship and purpose. Through Adam’s sin, all humanity became spiritually dead and in need of salvation.

Salvation comes only through Jesus Christ. When we are born again by faith, we are spiritually joined to Christ, our souls are renewed, and our lives are transformed by His power.

Key Scriptures:
Genesis 1–3, John 3:3–7, Romans 3:23, Ephesians 2:1–10, Romans 10:9, I Corinthians 6:17, Titus 2:11–14, Revelation 21:3

The Church – Christ’s Body on Earth

We believe the Church is the spiritual body of believers who follow Jesus Christ. It is both universal and expressed through local churches where believers gather for worship, teaching, discipleship, and mission.

Christ gives gifts—apostles, prophets, evangelists, pastors, and teachers—to equip His people to grow and mature into His image.

The Church is called to be holy, to shine God’s light in the world, and to prepare for eternal fellowship with Him.

Key Scriptures:
Matthew 16:18, Ephesians 1:22–23, 2:19–22, 3:8–21, 4:1–16, Colossians 1:18–23, Hebrews 10:25, Revelation 21:1–9

Our Eternal Hope

We believe Jesus Christ will return to judge the living and the dead. Those in Christ will dwell forever with God in a new heaven and new earth, and His people will become His eternal dwelling place.

Key Scriptures:
John 14:1–6, Revelation 20:11–15, 21:1–9, 1 Thessalonians 5:23, Romans 8:29, Matthew 25:31–46
